I believe that change can happen through the power of the therapeutic relationship and the creative work that we will do. In our work together, I help you reach your goals, whether to deal better with life stressors and transitions, work through trauma, change unhelpful patterns and habits, improve relationships, or live your life more fully and authentically. My clients have expressed that they feel satisfaction in our work together because of the safety I create, the feeling of being seen, heard, and understood, and the support that I have provided in helping them discover new tools and a connection to their inner resources.

I am a nationally registered and board certified, NY state licensed art therapist. After receiving my BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers, I went on to receive my Masters degree from the Pratt Institute where I studied Art Psychotherapy. Since then, I have strived to continually learn and grow as a therapist through continuing education in the field. I am grateful to have had a great deal of clinical experiences working in community mental health providing psychotherapy and art therapy to children, adults, and families, in the public schools, and at other community agencies. My office is a warm, inviting space that makes the sometimes difficult process of opening up, creating, and exploring much easier and worthwhile, and I strive to provide the same quality experience when working together remotely.
