During this incredibly uncertain time you may be feeling anxious, sad, angry, and confused. You might be isolated or suffering from too much togetherness. Important plans have been put on hold. You can't use your usual coping tools (going outside, to the gym, classes, getting together with friends and family). And you don’t know how long it will last!

I'm a collaborative, caring, and nonjudgmental therapist, with years of online therapy experience, and who uses mindfulness as the basis to best support you in getting back to you. I have significant training in mindfulness-based therapies (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)), as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), all of which are incredibly helpful in reducing stress.
