I have been a psychotherapist for 35 years. After 10 years of working with many different approaches, and specializing in working with women survivors of trauma, I was introduced to the Three Principles Approach - a unified, principle-based understanding of the mind that unwinds unconscious thought habits that cause anxiety and stress, interfere with relationships and lead to a busy mind. After noticing that learning about this brought my own anxiety and stress levels way down, and lead to great improvement in my relationships, I began using it with my clients, and it's what I've taught ever since. This approach helps you break unconscious thought patterns and begin to live in a state of natural presence, free from troubling anxiety and stress. You will also heal patterns of thought that interfere with relationships and learn natural ways to listen and communicate that allow you and your partner and/or children to resolve issues and feel more connected.
