Audrey Hilliker

I am outgoing, and enjoy travel, nature, animals, and connection. I use my personal experiences with divorce, blended families, women's issues, grief/loss, relationship issues, and more. This allows me to join with clients in working through their issues and experiences, while providing skills and tools to overcome them. When working with a client, I believe the most important thing is connection. Having the opportunity to give clients a voice and space to talk freely about issues, fears, beliefs, and anything in between is an honor. In connecting to my client's experience can show them what it means to truly be known.

I work with people to develop healthier relationships and positive feelings about themselves. I work with women's issues and developing values, self-awareness, and confidence. I enjoy helping people work through changes and struggles in life and improving Depressed or Anxious moods. I hope to provide a space for understanding, healing, and growth.

Each individual is unique and I value getting to know clients and their story. My passion is to help clients at a safe pace, identify strengths, develop personal growth, and identify possible solutions. I believe we are capable of growing and overcoming obstacles in order to live to our full potential.
