I am a trauma therapist. We all have experienced traumas at some point in our lives, from relationship wounds to major events. It's often helpful to process these experiences with a supportive person.

I provide teletherapy for individual clients and couples. Although, I work with all ages, I do not offer teletherapy to young children.
