As a Certified Life Coach and Recreational Therapist, I strive to meet my clients where they are at. I want to empower you to make the positive changes in your life to create and maintain a better version of yourself. Whether it be rock climbing for the first time, meal prepping at the grocery store or attending a recovery meeting, I provide guidance and mentoring through what can sometimes be a daunting endeavor.

I offer individualized Life Coaching as well as Recreational Therapy and Men's groups to help empower people to create and sustain the lifestyle they want; I call it "therapy on the go". I want to make this process enjoyable while working hard to set realistic goals and be as active as possible.
