Hello! I have been a Social Worker for 23 years and have been lucky enough to learn so much from my years of both occupational and personal experience, as well as my education. Providing therapy was the natural next step in my career and it has been such a wonderful adventure. I am in this work because I love seeing human resilience and the positive changes that people can make in their lives. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, grief, and processing and healing from trauma. I consider my approach to be eclectic, and I pull from several different theories and therapy interventions, depending on the person that I am working with in the moment. I tend to be strengths-based with a focus on self-compassion. Together we will determine a plan that will get you feeling better!
