Nice to meet you! I have always known that I was meant to help people, in one capacity or another. I’ve worked in the mental health field for the last 10 years. My passion is teaching skills for helping people thrive, and discovering the best versions of themselves. Let me help and guide you to being a better you.

When I’m not providing therapy, I can usually be found hanging around our small family farm with my husband, kids, and growing number of animals. I love completing DIY projects, and refinishing furniture, in other words, when I’m not in sessions, I’m covered in paint, dirt, or both.
