I believe therapy to be a combination of educational skills and verbal processing to address distressing thoughts and emotional pain.
I am intensively trained in the treatment of trauma, addiction, and women's health including perinatal mood disorders. Together we will work to decrease anxiety and stress, and improve self confidence and self worth.
I believe positive change is possible and my goal is to support my clients in their change process. I believe this is done through compassionate, validating, honest communication.
