About Me

Are you struggling with stress, anxiety or depression? As a clinical health psychologist, I specialize in helping individuals with a range of stress-related conditions achieve long-lasting change. I utilize a solution-focused approach to help you learn practical skills for improving emotional and physical well-being. As an a client-centered therapist, I work collaboratively with you to create a plan for establishing new habits to increase your quality of life.

My approach is both compassionate and direct. I aim to cultivate an atmosphere of caring curiosity with the goal of increasing self-awareness, establishing more effective coping strategies, and enhancing self-compassion.

I use evidence-based techniques including mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. With nearly 2 decades of research experience in psychology and neuroscience, I am well-qualified to provide guidance on what techniques have been most helpful for individuals struggling with issues similar to yours.
