I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and an EMDR therapist. I serve as President on the Alabama Chapter of the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals and am a national presenter on the topic of eating disorders and addiction. I combine my professional knowledge with empathy and compassion to guide clients as they work to step into a fulfilling and value filled life
