My main theoretic orientation is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I integrate additional theories, including family systems theories. I do not believe that therapy is "one size fits all" and I will tailor your treatment to fit your individual needs. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, all walks of life, and various ethnicities.
