About Me

Breathe... inhale all that you need and exhale all that you no longer need.

Rachelle is the owner of Exhale Therapy Hawaii, LLC. Her therapeutic style is to utilize a compassionate approach to really meet you where you are at in your process and help you to find your own inner strength to push through identified barriers. She utilizes evidence and research-based therapeutic interventions that are personalized to your own individual needs.

Rachelle received her Master's Degree at Argosy University Hawaii in 2009 and became a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Hawaii in 2014. She is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Her experience is broad as she has provided counseling services to our keiki from as young as age 3 through our kupuna in their more mature years. Rachelle has over 13 years of experience in the social service and counseling field and is one of only a few therapists in Hawaii to successfully complete the National Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Therapist Certification Program.

You can find more information about Rachelle on her private practice website- www.exhaletherapyhawaii.com or you may call/text her at (808) 664-0638. Please note, emails and texts should be limited to logistical information as confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

If you are uncertain about starting counseling and would just like to get more information about how I may help you, please do not hesitate to call. I am happy to answer your questions. Sometimes finding the right therapist may take some time. I am a firm believer that you need to find a therapist that fits for you and someone you feel comfortable with. If I am not that person, I am happy to provide you with referrals in the community that may be a better fit for you. My main goal is to support you, however, I can. Even if it's not with me!

“Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I'll try again tomorrow.”
Mary Anne Radmacher

I commend you for taking this brave step towards your mental health!
