I specialize in working with those who wish to gain insight into themselves, need encouragement to improve aspects of their lives that are causing distress or desire to learn effective coping skills. I provide a therapeutic and comfortable setting to build trust between you and myself. My office is located within a co-working space with other female-empowering professionals.

I have extensive experience working with adults and teens from all backgrounds and experiences. I specialize in working through complex trauma and identifying limiting core beliefs.
