I work with people who have spent their whole lives being “strong” and have decided they’re ready to finally have support. It’s time to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard through! Our sessions will be real connection and conversation with the goal of your wellbeing, whatever that means for you.

I work in person and over video/phone sessions. My physical office is in the Post Oak area of Houston.

I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
