About Me

I am passionate about helping my clients and I approach therapy with mindfulness, paying particular attention to the mind/body connection. We can make the conscious choice to learn and grow through our traumas, giving our lives deep meaning, connection and purpose. I also know that the healing process can feel disheartening.

You feel frustrated that your old patterns keep repeating in new form. People tell you to love yourself first, but you have no idea how to get there. Maybe you have said or done things you are not proud of and can't let go of the feeling that you are "damaged" or "not good enough". You can see your past experiences with new perspective but can't shake the torment. You aren't sleeping well, eating well, or showing up as your best self much of the time.

It IS possible to feel better. Your brain has natural healing abilities that you can tap into, allowing you to put the past behind you. You can finally break free from the torment and learn skills to live in the present. You deserve to live your best possible life!

Using cutting edge therapies such as EMDR, along with my playful style and calming presence, healing is possible.  Allow me to share the wisdom of my journey and walk with you on your path to healing.
