About Me
Welcome to Harmony Counseling! I would like to share a little bit about my background, training, and clinical philosophy so that you can determine if my services will be a good fit for you and your family.
After graduating from Saint Louis University in 2006 with a Masters degree in Human Development and School Counseling, I spent over 14 years working with children and families at a local non-profit agency. I practiced trauma-informed therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions with a special focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship. My experience, training, and certifications include:

In addition, I have over 7 years of experience that includes supervising graduate students, implementing services through local and federal grant funding, providing clinical supervision, and managing a team of therapists.
I started Harmony Counseling in 2020 to continue my passion for working with children and families. I believe in holistic, collaborative, and culturally sensitive counseling services that place an emphasis on strengthening relationships and healing from difficult experiences.
