Life's challenges often times feel like impossible mountains that just keep getting higher. My goal is to empower each client to face life with bravery through an inviting and safe environment. By exploring your positive and negative thought processes, connecting with your emotions and recognizing how your family has influenced you, we work together to develop new ways of coping and walk through healing. I believe by beginning to understand ourselves we may face the healing process with hope. I practice from a Christian perspective but see clients regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, or religious affiliation.

My specialty is couples who may be dating, engaged or married. I work with couples struggling with communication, infidelity, conflict and anxiety/depression. I also focus in life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and those in cross cultural work or ministry work. I utilize family systems, EMDR, and CBT as an approach to therapy with each client!
