About Me

What lights me up the most is practicing and teaching you how to consistently live in mutual full-respect and relational integrity. I help you up-cycle your relationship to yourself and between you and others.

Training took me from psych wards to Substance Abuse work but I became laser focused on couples' therapy about 12 years ago after a personal relationship crisis brought me to my knees but also made me a better therapist and human being. I obtained multiple certifications, read over 100 books and trained under renown masters where I met Terry Real, whom inspired and taught me the model I now follow, Relational Life Therapy. Through that training, my work got skillfully shaped to be effective, interactive, relational and gently direct.

I am a bicultural and bilingual psychotherapist leading adults to practice full-respect living and relational integrity. Through my work, individuals quickly learn their relationship(s) blocks and how to master the skills to transition into harmony with themselves and others. The first order of business is to help you to distill what you want to get out of our work together, followed by gathering relevant information and identifying what's in the way of what you are seeking. I teach skills as we work together. I help you access the part of you that won't use the skills and we go to work on how to identify adaptive behaviors you may have integrated but are no longer effective. I then teach you how to access the wise part of you to manage challenging situations and conversations while being both, protected and connected at the same time. I don't give homework but encourage you practice what you learn. We may laugh or cry together. We are human together.

My biggest purpose is to leave this world a better place for my 3 children and the generations that follow, inspiring them to make the same commitment so that we each live and be part of creating a healthy, relational and full-respect-living chain and continue to pay it forward.
